Service Description
Full body release for postural distortions or full body fascial tension, with consideration for your walking stance and how that affects your whole body position. Side lying stretches may be used for up-slipped hip or low shoulder. There will be a 5 min intermission for your tissues to settle (and for me to stretch). CBD+Arnica included. Expansion of your breath / rib cage through breathing exercise and compression, as well as scar release by request.
