Thank you for visiting our site!
We are a locally owned by all women small business here in the Roanoke Valley!
We look forward to helping you discover how much massage can improve your health and lifestyle!
All of our Therapists are Licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing as Massage Therapists. We have all taken Continuing Education Courses and are required to do so annually to maintain our Licenses. We offer most modalities and additions at no extra cost. Depending on what your Therapist offers we have several options to choose from! Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Heated Tables, Swedish, Sports, Trigger Points are just a few of our skills. We do not upcharge for anything included in your session. We use organic massage creams, oils and pure essential oils. Your skin is the biggest organ in your body so we want to help you take care of it too!
We opened Salem Therapeutic Massage in 2017 and then later relocated to Cave Spring and renamed to Evolve Therapeutic Massage. We believe there should be a place where anyone interested in improving their lives or reducing tension and stress is welcome! We love working with our clients to improve their lives through massage therapy!

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Release Stress ~ Embrace Peace
Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West. If it's your first time at our office or you don't get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start. Swedish massage and other types of therapeutic massage are performed by trained, licensed massage therapists.
Swedish massage is the foundation for other types of Western massage, and is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology.
If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure to get relief from chronic muscle pain, it's better to book a deep tissue massage, which is another form of Swedish massage.
